刪除你的 Budly 帳號與資料

本頁說明如何刪除習慣養成 App「Budly」（開發者：林靖閎）的帳號及相關個人資料。你可以在 App 內直接刪除，也可以不重新安裝 App、直接在本頁提出刪除請求。

方式一：在 App 內刪除（最快）

開啟 Budly，前往「我的（設定）」分頁。
點選「帳號」。
點選「刪除帳號」並依畫面確認。

確認後即開始刪除程序，最遲於 30 天內完成。

方式二：不需安裝 App，來信提出請求

請以你註冊 Budly 帳號時使用的電子郵件寄信至 loopapp18@gmail.com，主旨註明「刪除 Budly 帳號」。為保護你的資料安全，我們僅受理由註冊信箱寄出的請求，必要時會回信與你確認身分。

寄出刪除請求

收到請求後，我們會於 30 天內完成刪除並回信通知你。

會刪除哪些資料

刪除項目	雲端帳號（電子郵件）、習慣與打卡／專注計時紀錄、個人檔案（暱稱、頭像）、已上傳的頭像照片、好友關係與加油等社交資料、推播識別碼（push token）
保留項目	法律要求保留之資料（如有），保留至法定期限屆滿後刪除
處理期限	自確認請求起 30 天內完成刪除或匿名化

此操作無法復原。刪除帳號不會移除你裝置上的本機資料；如需一併清除，請自行刪除 App 或在 App 內刪除個別習慣。

若你只想刪除部分資料（例如頭像照片或社交資料）而保留帳號，也可透過上方信箱提出，我們會於 30 天內處理。詳細的資料處理方式請參閱 Budly 的《隱私權政策》（App 內「我的 → 隱私權政策」）。

Delete your Budly account & data

This page explains how to delete your account and associated personal data for the habit-tracking app “Budly” (developer: Lin Ching-Hung). You can delete it directly in the app, or request deletion here without reinstalling the app.

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Budly and go to the Me (Settings) tab.
Tap Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion begins upon confirmation and is completed within 30 days.

Option 2: Request by email — no app required

Email loopapp18@gmail.com from the email address registered to your Budly account with the subject “Delete my Budly account”. To protect your data, we only process requests sent from the registered address and may reply to verify your identity.

Send deletion request

We complete deletion within 30 days of confirming your request and notify you by email.

What gets deleted

Deleted	Cloud account (email address), habits and check-in / focus-timer records, profile (nickname, avatar), uploaded avatar photo, social data (friends, cheers), push token
Retained	Data we are legally required to keep (if any), deleted once the statutory period expires
Timeline	Deletion or anonymization completed within 30 days of the confirmed request

This action cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not remove local data stored on your device; to clear it, remove the app or delete individual habits in the app.

If you would like to delete only some of your data (e.g. your avatar photo or social data) while keeping your account, you can request this via the same email; we will process it within 30 days. For full details, see Budly’s Privacy Policy (in-app: Me → Privacy Policy).

Budly アカウントとデータの削除

本ページでは、習慣化アプリ「Budly」（開発者：林靖閎）のアカウントと関連する個人データの削除方法を説明します。アプリ内で直接削除できるほか、アプリを再インストールせずに本ページから削除を依頼することもできます。

方法1：アプリ内で削除（最速）

Budly を開き、「マイ（設定）」タブへ進みます。
「アカウント」をタップします。
「アカウント削除」をタップし、確認します。

確認後に削除手続きが開始され、30日以内に完了します。

方法2：アプリ不要、メールで依頼

Budly アカウントに登録したメールアドレスから、件名「Budly アカウント削除」で loopapp18@gmail.com 宛にご連絡ください。データ保護のため、登録メールアドレスからの依頼のみ受け付け、必要に応じて本人確認のため返信する場合があります。

削除依頼を送る

依頼の確認後、30日以内に削除を完了し、メールでお知らせします。

削除されるデータ

削除対象	クラウドアカウント（メールアドレス）、習慣とチェックイン／集中計測の記録、プロフィール（ニックネーム、アバター）、アップロードしたアバター写真、フレンドや応援などのソーシャルデータ、プッシュトークン
保持対象	法律により保持が必要なデータ（ある場合）。法定期間の経過後に削除します
期間	依頼の確認から30日以内に削除または匿名化を完了

この操作は取り消せません。アカウントを削除しても、端末内のローカルデータは削除されません。消去するには、アプリを削除するか、アプリ内で個別の習慣を削除してください。

アカウントを保持したまま一部のデータのみ（アバター写真やソーシャルデータなど）を削除したい場合も、上記メールからご依頼ください。30日以内に対応します。詳細は Budly のプライバシーポリシー（アプリ内：マイ → プライバシーポリシー）をご覧ください。
