Budly 由個人開發者林靖閎營運。本隱私權政策說明 Budly（以下稱「本 App」或「我們」）如何收集、使用、儲存、分享與保護你的個人資料，以及你享有的權利。當你下載、存取或使用本 App，即表示你已閱讀並理解本政策。若你不同意本政策，請停止使用本 App。
本政策適用於你透過本 App 使用我們服務時所進行的個人資料處理。本 App 可能連結或整合第三方服務（見第 6 節），這些第三方有其各自的隱私政策，不在本政策的適用範圍內。

下列資料由你自由選擇是否提供；若不提供，將影響對應功能，但不影響本 App 的基本（本機）使用：
除非你主動啟用「天氣提醒」功能並授權（見第 5 節），否則我們不會收集你的地理位置。我們不會收集你的通訊錄，也未整合任何第三方廣告或跨 App 追蹤 SDK。
我們基於以下目的處理你的資料：
若你位於歐洲經濟區（EEA）/英國，我們處理資料的法律依據包括：履行與你之間的服務契約、你的同意（如相簿存取、位置與通知、選用的雲端與社交功能）、以及我們維運服務與保障安全的正當利益。
當你完成打卡時，本 App 可能透過我們的伺服器函式，將少量與該次打卡相關的資訊（例如習慣名稱、連續天數、是否全部完成等情境參數）傳送給 AI 服務供應商 Anthropic 的 Claude 模型，以即時產生一句鼓勵訊息。
本 App 提供選用的「天氣提醒」功能。此功能需你主動啟用並授權後才會運作；未啟用時，我們不會收集你的位置，也不會發送推播。
當你啟用時：
我們不會販售你的個人資料。我們僅在下列情形分享資料：
— Anthropic：依第 4 節所述，處理產生鼓勵訊息所需的少量情境資訊。
— 推播與天氣服務（僅在你啟用天氣提醒時）：依第 5 節所述，提供推播發送與天氣查詢。
這些供應商僅得依我們的指示、為提供服務之目的處理資料。
我們的服務供應商可能將資料儲存或處理於你所在國家/地區以外的伺服器（例如，我們的雲端服務供應商 Supabase 可能將資料儲存於美國或其他地區的伺服器）。當發生跨境傳輸時，我們會依適用法律採取適當的保護措施。使用本 App 即表示你了解你的資料可能於其他地區受處理。
我們與服務供應商採取合理的技術與組織措施（例如傳輸加密、存取控制）以保護你的資料。惟請理解，沒有任何網路傳輸或儲存方式能保證百分之百安全；請妥善保管你的帳號登入資訊。
若發生個人資料外洩或安全事故，我們將依台灣個人資料保護法及主管機關規定，於知悉後儘速通知受影響的使用者，並採取必要的補救措施。
依適用之資料保護法律（如台灣個人資料保護法、GDPR、CCPA），你可能享有下列權利：
你可直接在 App 內編輯或刪除習慣與個人檔案、登出帳號、關閉雲端同步，或刪除整個帳號（見第 11 節）；其他請求可透過第 15 節的信箱與我們聯絡。我們可能需要驗證你的身分後才能處理請求。
登入為選用功能。你可以隨時登出，登出後本機仍保有你的資料。
你可以直接在 App 內刪除帳號：前往「我的（設定）→ 帳號 → 刪除帳號」，經確認後，我們會刪除你的雲端帳號及與其關聯的個人資料（包含習慣、打卡、個人檔案、社交資料與已上傳的頭像照片），並在 30 日內完成。此操作無法復原。

本 App 並非以兒童為對象。我們不會在知情下收集 13 歲（或你所在地區法律規定之最低年齡）以下兒童的個人資料。若你認為兒童在未經同意下提供了個人資料，請與我們聯絡，我們將儘速刪除。
本 App 不使用 Cookie，也未整合用於跨 App 或跨網站行為追蹤的廣告或分析技術。我們僅使用裝置本機儲存（如 AsyncStorage）來保存你的設定與離線資料。
我們可能不定期修訂本政策，並更新本頁面頂端的「最後更新」日期。重大變更時，我們會於變更生效前，以 App 內通知等適當方式告知你。若你不同意修訂後的政策，可停止使用本 App 並刪除帳號；你於變更生效後繼續使用本 App，即視為接受修訂後的政策。

Budly is operated by Lin Jing-Hung (林靖閎), an individual developer. This Privacy Policy explains how Budly (“the App” or “we”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects your personal data, and the rights you have. By downloading, accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
This Policy applies to the processing of personal data when you use our services through the App. The App may link to or integrate third-party services (see Section 6), which have their own privacy policies and are not covered by this Policy.

The following are optional; not providing them affects the related feature but not the basic (local) use of the App:
Unless you actively enable and authorize the “Weather reminder” feature (see Section 5), we do not collect your location. We do not collect your contacts, and we do not integrate any third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.
We process your data for the following purposes:
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) / UK, our legal bases for processing include: performance of the service contract with you, your consent (e.g. photo-library access, location and notifications, optional cloud and social features), and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service.
When you complete a check-in, the App may, via our server function, send a small amount of context related to that check-in (e.g. the habit name, streak count, whether everything is done) to the AI provider Anthropic’s Claude model to generate a one-line encouragement message in real time.
The App offers an optional “Weather reminder” feature. It works only after you actively enable and authorize it; when not enabled, we do not collect your location or send push notifications.
When you enable it:
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following cases:
— Anthropic: as described in Section 4, processes the small amount of context needed to generate encouragement messages.
— Push and weather services (only when you enable weather reminders): as described in Section 5, provide push delivery and weather lookups.
These providers may process data only on our instructions and for the purpose of providing the service.
Our service providers may store or process data on servers outside your country/region (for example, our cloud provider Supabase may store data on servers in the United States or other regions). Where cross-border transfers occur, we apply appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable law. By using the App, you understand that your data may be processed in other regions.
We and our service providers apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (such as encryption in transit and access controls) to protect your data. Please understand that no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; keep your account credentials safe.
If a personal data breach or security incident occurs, we will notify affected users as soon as practicable in accordance with Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act and the requirements of the competent authority, and take necessary remedial measures.
Under applicable data protection laws (such as Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, GDPR, CCPA), you may have the following rights:
You can edit or delete habits and your profile, sign out, turn off cloud sync, or delete your entire account (see Section 11) directly in the App; for other requests, contact us via the email in Section 15. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
Signing in is optional. You can sign out at any time; after signing out your data still remains locally.
You can delete your account directly in the App: go to “Me (Settings) → Account → Delete account.” After confirmation, we delete your cloud account and the personal data associated with it (including habits, check-ins, profile, social data and uploaded avatar photo), completed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

The App is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the minimum age required by law in your region). If you believe a child has provided personal data without consent, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
The App does not use cookies, nor does it integrate advertising or analytics technologies for cross-app or cross-site behavioral tracking. We only use local device storage (such as AsyncStorage) to keep your settings and offline data.
We may revise this Policy from time to time and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by appropriate means (such as an in-app notice) before the changes take effect. If you do not agree with the revised Policy, you may stop using the App and delete your account; your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

個人データの漏えいまたはセキュリティ事故が発生した場合、当社は台湾の個人資料保護法および主管官庁の規定に従い、把握後すみやかに影響を受ける利用者に通知し、必要な是正措置を講じます。
適用されるデータ保護法（台湾の個人資料保護法、GDPR、CCPA など）に基づき、以下の権利を有する場合があります：
アプリ内で習慣やプロフィールの編集・削除、ログアウト、クラウド同期のオフ、アカウント全体の削除（第11条参照）が直接できます。その他の要請は第15条のメールでご連絡ください。要請の処理前に本人確認が必要な場合があります。
ログインは任意です。いつでもログアウトでき、ログアウト後もデータは端末に残ります。
アプリ内で直接アカウントを削除できます：「マイ（設定）→ アカウント → アカウント削除」へ進み、確認後、当社はあなたのクラウドアカウントおよびそれに紐づく個人データ（習慣・記録・プロフィール・ソーシャル情報・アップロードしたアバター写真を含む）を削除し、30日以内に完了します。この操作は取り消せません。

本アプリは子どもを対象としていません。13歳未満（またはお住まいの地域の法律が定める最低年齢未満）の子どもの個人データを、知りながら収集することはありません。子どもが同意なく個人データを提供したと思われる場合はご連絡ください。速やかに削除します。
本アプリは Cookie を使用せず、アプリ横断・サイト横断の行動トラッキングのための広告・分析技術も組み込んでいません。設定とオフラインデータの保存には、端末本体のストレージ（AsyncStorage など）のみを使用します。
本ポリシーは随時改定し、本ページ上部の「最終更新」日を更新する場合があります。重要な変更については、発効前にアプリ内通知などの適切な方法でお知らせします。改定後のポリシーに同意いただけない場合は、本アプリの利用を中止し、アカウントを削除できます。変更の発効後も本アプリを使い続けた場合、改定後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
